A large modern hotel. Better than most similar hotels in Europe/US etc. Our plans had to change and the staff were very accommodating. They were efficient with all requests for help. The breakfast bar is comprehensive. 100% would stay again.

Big comfy rooms and very helpful staff, especially Mrs Triang. Ideal base for exploring historic sites, especially Beatrice, which is walking distance. Other places need taxi but these are cheap. They sorted us a car for the day, transport to Son La and recommended a great Black Thai restaurant.

The room seems to be newly renovated, so everything is new and clean, and very spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Central location and easy to get a taxi quickly.

Amazing hotel, really clean and comfortable. We got upgraded to a beautiful huge room with modern living space.😍 The perfect place to relax for a few days. Breakfast was also delicious, fresh eggs & Pho as well as a buffet. Thank you for an enjoyable stay and making us feel so welcome!
